- Mint (5A) means the ball will look and feel similar to a new ball with the slightest blemish
- Good (3A) will look and feel similar to a ball that has been played a couple of holes, the shine and colour of the balls may slightly vary, but the integrity of the flight characteristic is not compromised at all.
