1.    Will playing with a used golf ball hurt my game? 

Short answer, No. In independent studies testers could find no difference in performance data between new and used golf balls when averaged over 50 shots. And, if we're being honest, a new golf ball becomes a used golf ball right after the first shot. So, if you're not taking a new ball from a packet for every shot, you are bound to play with an used ball at some point in the round, even if you spent a fortune on it. 

2.    When will I receive my parcel?

Most parcels should be delivered in 1 - 2 days for all major cities. Other cities 2 - 3 days. Outlying or remote areas 2 - 5 days. But, we can assure you, we'll be on the courier's back like a course marshal on a slow 4 ball. 

3.    If I am not happy with the product can I return it?

Our #1 priority here at Ballin is your happiness. Which means we stand by our product 100%, no matter what, no questions asked, no holds barred, no if's, no and's, no butt's. If you have a problem, we will solve it. Refund it. Send you new balls. Whatever it takes.
